Apple & oat muffins

You’re going to need:
-1 cup of oats
-2 apples (pealed)
-1 cup of soy milk
-1 cup of whole wheat flour
-1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-a pinch of cinnamon
Cut apples in small cubes, and put them in a large bowl. Add oats and pour milk over it, and let it sit for 15–20 minutes. Then put in flour with baking powder, add sugar, cinnamon, and stir it until smooth. Put the blend in muffin pan and bake it on 200° for 20 minutes.
