Avocado hummus

You're going to need:
-300gr of canned chickpeas
-1 ripe avocado
-1 tablespoon of tahini paste
-juice of 1 lemon
Drain the chickpeas but reserve 2 tablespoons of it's liquid. Cut avocado in half, remove the pit & scoop it's flesh with a spoon. Put it in a blender, add chickpeas with reserved liquid, tahini paste and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, season to taste with salt & pepper.
