Baked buckwheat

You're going to need:                  

-200gr of buckwheat
-350ml of milk
-50gr hazelnuts
-50gr dark chocolate
-20gr flaxseeds, ground
-10 dates, chopped

Toast the buckwheat in the pan on high heat (no oil) for 1 to 2 minutes, and transfer it to a casserole. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit or a splash of milk.
