Banana & pb pancakes

You're going to need:

-1 banana
-3 tbsps of buckwheat flour (about 50gr)
-5 tbsps of milk
-1 level tsp of baking powder
-2 tbsps of peanut butter
-toppings of your choice

​Mash the banana, add milk, flour, baking powder, mix. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden (about 2-3 minutes). When done, spread the peanut butter on top of each, sprinkle topping of your choice.
