Banana pancakes

You're going to need:

-1 very ripe banana 
-5 tablespoons of soy milk 
-3 tablespoons of flour 
-1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
-pinch of salt 
-tablespoon of oil for frying 

Mash banana with a fork, add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add a tablespoon of oil to a pan and fry pancakes on medium high heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with syrup or toppings of your choice.
