Beet sauce pasta

You're going to need:
-1 small beet (roasted)
-200 gr of vegan cream cheese
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-salt
Wrap beetroot in aluminum foil and roast it for about 45 minutes 180°C. Check if it's done by piercing it with toothpick. Let it cool down and chop it, put it in a blender. Add cream cheese and oil, blend it, season it and mix it with pasta cooked al dente. Serve warm.
