Black fungus sesame noodles

You're going to need:

-80gr of noodles, cooked or soaked
-100gr of smoked tofu 
-handful of black fungus*
-2 tablespoons of mixed sesame seed, toasted
-1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 teaspoon of grated ginger
-couple tablespoons of sesame oil 

Add chopped garlic and grated ginger to a pan with a couple tablespoons of sesame oil and fry for a couple of seconds. Add tofu cut in small pieces and chopped black fungus and fry for 1 minute. Add a splash of pasta cooking water (or just plane hot water) and cook for about 5 minutes. Add noodles to the pan, stir, season with soy sauce and add toasted sesame seeds. Mix and serve.

*if using dried black fungus, rehydrate - cover with boiling water and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then drain and wash under running water. Check each mushroom and remove the stem.
