You're going to need:
-300 gr of whole-wheat flour
-100 gr of white flour
-tablespoon of yeast
-tablespoon of sugar
-teaspoon of salt
-1 larger cup of warm water (about 250ml)
-100gr of vegan butter
Mix all dry ingredients and start adding water until the mixture is consistent. It needs to be soft and light, so stir it gently. Leave it in the bowl for at least half an hour. Then, take it out, knead it very lightly, make rolls and put them on a baking tray. Leave them there for 15-20 minutes, then sprinkle them with sesame seeds and put them in the heated oven. Bake them on 180°C for about 30 minutes, then take them out, put little pieces of butter on each roll, put them back in the oven and turn it off. Leave them in for a couple of minutes, and they're done!
