Cheesy pepper & turmeric rice

You're going to need:
-2 red peppers
-300 gr of vegan feta cheese
-tablespoon of freshly chopped basil
-white pepper
-1 cup of rice
-50 gr of vegan hard cheese
-tablespoon of turmeric
-salt
Remove the petiole and seeds from peppers, then mix feta cheese with basil and white pepper and stuff it inside them. Use tablespoon of vegetable oil to fry stuffed peppers for 2 minutes on both sides, or just pop them in the oven for 15 minutes on 200°C.
Use two cups of water to cook 1 cup of rice, and when water disappears add turmeric and grated hard cheese. Stir until cheese melts, and season it.
