Coconut bread

You're going to need:


-1/2 cup of soy milk
-1/2 cup of rye flakes
-50gr of melted vegan butter
-teaspoon of coconut oil
-1/2 cup of coconut flour 
-1/2 cup of white flour 
-teaspoon of baking powder
-tablespoon of vanilla sugar




Mix soy milk and rye flakes and let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes, add vanilla sugar, white and coconut flour, baking powder. Mix it, and then add melted butter and coconut oil. Bake it on 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
