Falafel

You're going to need:

-300gr of canned chickpeas (drained)
-1 large onion
-3-5 cloves of garlic
-handful of fresh parsley
-tablespoon of flour
-salt & pepper to taste

Put drained chickpeas and parsley in a blender, cut onion and garlic and add that as well. Blend it until mixture is consistent but not smooth, add flour, season it to taste and mix. Form balls (about 12 from this mixture), and deep fry them in vegetable oil until they are golden.
