Fauxlognese

You're going to need:
-100gr of soy flakes
-1 onion
-1 red pepper
-1 carrot (grated)
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 can of chopped tomato
-handful of fresh parsley
-teaspoon of paprika
-salt, pepper
Put soy flakes in a bowl and pour boiling water over them (about 300ml), leave them for 10-15 minutes. Chop onion finely and saute it, then add chopped garlic, finely cut pepper, carrot, chopped parsley and saute all well. Drain soy flakes well and add them to a pan, saute all for 5 minutes, add paprika, season it, and after a couple of minutes add tomato sauce, turn off the heat and let it simmer. Cook spaghetti al dente and serve sauce on top.
