Fried "fish"

You're going to need:
-200gr of firm tofu (1 block)
-1 sheet of nori
-100ml of beer (non-alcoholic)
-2 tablespoons of chickpea flour
-1 tablespoon of white flour
-100gr of breadcrumbs
-pinch of salt
-vegetable oil for frying
Cut the block of tofu lengthwise and divide each half into 3 pieces. Lay each piece on a kitchen towel and cover with it also, pressing lightly to absorb the excess water. Cut six pieces of nori in dimension 5x5cm and wrap it around each piece of tofu. Make the batter mixing both flours with beer and a pinch of salt and prepare your breadcrumbs for frying. Heat the oil for deep frying (make it at least 5cm deep) and while holding the nori in its place coat each piece of tofu with the batter and then breadcrumbs. Slowly lower it in oil and fry until it's golden brown. Serve with tartar sauce.
