Garlic sauce

You're going to need:
-5 tablespoons of oil
-1 tablespoon of flour
-5 cloves of garlic
-2 cups of soy milk (neutral)
-juice from 1 lemon
-salt, pepper
Heat up the pan then put the oil in, add chopped garlic, saute for about 20 seconds and add flour. Fry a little bit, and add soy milk. Simmer for minute or two, season it, remove from the heat and add lemon juice. Use for dipping, as pasta sauce...
