Gnocchi

You're going to need:
-2 large potatoes
-8 tablespoon of flour
-tablespoon of water
-teaspoon of salt
Boil potatoes until they're soft (40-45 minutes). When they cool down puree them, season and add flour. Once flour is mixed in, kneed the dough gently for about 2-3 minutes. Separate it into pieces, roll them in dowels (about 2cm diameter) and cut about 3cm wide pieces. Gently press each piece with fork to get those patterns. Cook these in boiling water until they float (about 1 minute).
Serve with veggies sauteed in olive oil.
