Hash browns

You're going to need:
-2 potatoes
-1 glove of garlic
-teaspoon of rosemary
-teaspoon of sesame seed
-salt
Shred potatoes and squeeze the liquid out of them, mix it with chopped garlic and rosemary, add sesame seeds and salt. Make little thin pancakes, put them on a baking tray and bake on 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
