Hazelnut breakfast doughnuts

You're going to need:
-1 cup of shredded hazelnuts
-2 cups of flour
-4 tablespoons of sugar
-1 cup of water
-teaspoon of baking soda
-pinch of salt
-5 tablespoons of oil
-3 tablespoons of coconut flour
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, start adding water and stir. The mixture should have the consistency of a light dough. Kneed the dough, and make little doughnuts (with a hole inside). Simmer doughnuts it boiling water for 5 minutes. Then, put oil in a pan and fry coconut flour in it until golden brown. After simmering, throw doughnuts in the pan and then turn them so the coconut sticks to them.
Serve with lots of fresh fruit.
