Lentils & soy burger

You're going to need:

-2 onions (chopped)
-1 red pepper (chopped)
-100 gr of lentils (cooked and mashed)
-100 gr of soy flakes (soaked in hot water for half an hour, then drained)
-tablespoon of ketchup
-a pinch of caraway seeds, salt, paprika
-tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
-a tablespoon of flour

Saute the chopped onions for about 10 minutes, or until they start to change color, then add chopped pepper and caraway, and saute for 5 more minutes. Then, add drained soy flakes, mix and cook for about a minute, add ketchup, salt, paprika, chopped parsley, mashed lentils, flour and mix well. When it cools down a little bit, start making thick patties (this mixture makes 4 or 5 regular patties) and bake them on a baking tray (covered with baking paper) for 30 minutes on 250°C.
Serve with polenta chips.
