Pad krapow

You're going to need:
-150gr of smoked tofu, minced
-1 red chili
-2 cloves of garlic
-1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
-handful of basil
-1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
-1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
-sesame oil for frying
On a couple tablespoons of sesame oil fry chopped chili for a minute, add chopped garlic & chili flakes and fry for another minute. Add tofu and season with sweet soy sauce, light soy sauce, stir, fry for additional 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and add chopped basil, mix and serve with fluffy jasmine rice.
