Classic pancakes

You're going to need:

-2 cup of soy milk
-3 cups of flour
-tablespoon of sugar
-pinch of salt
-teaspoon of baking powder


Put all dry ingredients into a bowl and slowly add soy milk. Mixture should be smooth.  Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown (approximately for 2 minutes per side). Serve with jam and fruit.
