Pasta primavera

You're going to need:
-1 carrot
-1 zucchini
-1 red pepper
-1 leek
-1 cup of cherry tomatoes
-mix of salads (a handful)
-200gr of pasta, cooked
-sesame & pumpkin seeds, toasted
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
Cut zucchini, leek and pepper in about 1cm wide pieces and grill them. Mix grilled vegetables in a bowl with pasta, grated carrot, cherry tomatoes and mix salads (I used baby spinach, baby red batavia, baby green batavia, lamb’s lettuce, baby bull’s blood, baby red chard), drizzle olive oil and season it. Mix well and sprinkle with sesame & sunflower seeds.
