Patty & green salad

You're going to need:
salad
-100gr of broccoli
-5 leaves of swiss chard
-1/2 of cucumber
-handful of spinach
-1 spring onion
-1 clove of garlic
-2 tbsps of soy sauce
-2 tbsps of lime juice
-2 tbsps of sesame seed oil
-salt
patty
-150gr kidney beans (cooked, drained)
-50gr whole wheat bread
-1 tsp bbq seasoning
-2 tbsps soy sauce
-2 tbsps sesame seeds
Blend beans, bread, with bbq seasoning & soy sauce, form a patty and press both sides onto sesame seeds. Grill for 5 minutes on both sides. Cook broccoli & swiss chard for 3-5 minutes. Make salad dressing - mix ground garlic with soy sauce, lime juice, sesame seed oil, and a bit of salt. Drain broccoli & swiss chard and coat them in dressing, add cucumber, spring onion, spinach & mix.
