Patty & pea puree

You're going to need:

patty
-200gr of oyster mushrooms
-50gr of cooked whole grain rice
-1 clove of garlic
-salt & pepper

pea puree
-150gr of peas
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 tbsp of olive oil
-salt & pepper



Saute the mushrooms on a tbsp of oil for 10 minutes, add garlic about 2 minutes before it's done. Season with salt & pepper to taste and blend with the rice. Form patty and grill for 7-8 minutes on both sides. For the puree cook the peas with garlic for 10 minutes, drain, add olive oil and season to taste, blend.
