Polenta chips

You're going to need:
-1 cup of water
-2/3 cup of polenta
-teaspoon of vegetable oil
-pinch of salt
-oil & salt for baking
Bring water to a boil and add salt and oil, then with quick whisking add polenta. It will begin to thicken right away and it will be hard, it is just the consistency that is required. Spread the cooked polenta in a 1 cm layer and let it cool down. When it's cold, cut it into finger pieces, sprinkle with oil and salt to taste, and spread the chips on a baking tray.
Bake on 250°C for 20 minutes, or until they are crispy.
