Red lentil crepes

You're going to need:

-50gr of lentils (soaked overnight)
-100ml of water
-2 tbsp of flour (+pinch of baking powder) -100gr of hummus
-1 tomato
-1/2 avocado
​-salt

Blend the lentils with water, add flour and a pinch of baking powder, season with salt. Make 2 crepes, baking them for 3 minutes on each side. Spread the hummus on top of each, and fill with tomato & avocado.
