Rice pudding

You're going to need:
-1 cup of rice
-1,5 cup of soy milk
-1 cup of water
-2 tablespoons of sugar
-teaspoon of vanilla extract
Put rice, soy milk and water in pot, add sugar, vanilla extract, and cook on low heat constantly stirring until liquid is almost disappeared. Serve warm or cold, with roasted apples & raisins.
