Rolled zucchini and buttery rice

You're going to need:
-1 zucchini
-1 cup of rice
-4 tablespoons of vegan cream cheese
-teaspoon of vegan butter
-1 teaspoon of chopped fresh dill
-1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
-1 tablespoon of chopped celery
-pinch of white pepper
Cook rice (2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice, about 20 minutes on medium heat). When removed from heat add butter and chives, salt and pepper to it and mix. Leave it covered. Cut zucchini lengthwise into about 1 centimeter wide pieces and grill it for two minutes on both sides. When done, mix cream cheese with dill and spread on grilled zucchini pieces. Roll them and serve on top of the rice. Top it off with celery.
