Root vegetable lasagna

You're going to need:
-1 package of lasagne sheets
-1 large onion
-2 carrots
-1 parsnip
-1 small celery root
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 cup of tomato sauce
-teaspoon of dry oregano
-a pinch of dry basil
Cook lasagna sheets by instructions for use and let them sit in hot water for another 2 minutes (in order to serve them right away).
Mince onion, garlic, carrot, parsnip, and celery root, and saute the mixture for 10 minutes. Add spices and season to taste, then add half a cup of water. Simmer until liquid disappears, then add tomato sauce and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat. When done, put the sauce over the lasagna sheet, repeat the process several times. Serve hot.
