Spicy garlic tofu with sesame seeds
You're going to need:
-100gr of tofu (drained)
-3 tablespoons of spicey & sweet sauce
-3 cloves of garlic
-tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
-vegetable oil (for deep-frying)
Cut tofu in cubes and deep-fry it until it's golden. When done, put it on the kitchen towel to drain the excess oil. Heat up the pan and on a tablespoon of oil saute finely chopped garlic for 2-3 minutes, then add the sauce, tofu, sesame seeds and mix until every piece of tofu is covered.
