You're going to need:
-3 peppers (stem and seeds removed)
-1 coffee cup of rice
-2 cloves of garlic
Cut onion and saute it until golden. Add shredded carrot, and saute all for a couple more minutes. Add chopped garlic and rice, and 2 cups of water. Let it simmer until water evaporates, season to taste, and stuff the mixture inside peppers. Sprinkle polenta on top and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
