Tapenade & asparagus rice
You're going to need:
-200gr of rice (one cup) -100gr of asparagus -100gr of cherry tomatoes -200gr of cooked white beans (one can) -1 tablespoon of tapenade Put rice in a pot with water 2 to 1 ratio - 2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice. When it comes to a boil reduce the heat, add chopped asparagus and let it simmer while stiring once in a while. In about 20 minutes the rice is cooked, so then add tomatoes cut in half, remove from heat, add tapenade and white beans, mix, cover and set aside for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Enjoy! |
