Thai fried rice

You're going to need:

-120gr of leftover jasmine rice
-3 chilies 
-1 tomato
-1/2 onion 
-2 cloves of garlic 
-1 spring onion 
-2 tablespoons of light soy sauce 
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-sesame oil for frying 
-chili flakes, lime & cucumber for serving 


On a couple tablespoons of oil fry sliced onion, white part of spring onion, chopped garlic & chilies for about 2 minutes. Then, add sliced tomato and the rest of spring onion, stir, add rice, season with soy sauce and sugar. Mix well and serve with lime wedge, cucumber slices and chili flakes.
