You're going to need: (for 2)
-200gr of tofu (drained)
-50gr of raw walnuts
-pinch of fresh rosemary, chopped
-pinch of salt
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, take the mixture out and form two patties. Grill the patties with a little bit of oil, until you see golden brown crust on them (about 5 minutes on each side).
Serve with lettuce and hot salsa, or ketchup!
