Tomato sauce

You're going to need:
-1 kg of ripe tomatoes
-10 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-tablespoon of sugar
-half a teaspoon of salt
-teaspoon of cornstarch
Remove the stems form tomatoes and peal them. Chop them finely (or blend them), heat up the pan, add oil, and pour in tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, add sugar, stir, and let it simmer for 40 minutes. At the end add cornstarch and simmer for 2-3 minutes more.
