Tomato soup with ginger

You're going to need:
-2 tins of plum tomatoes
-a thumb size of fresh ginger
-2 spring onions
-1 clove of garlic
-a couple of black peppercorns
Cut spring onions and sauté them. Then add finely chopped ginger (peeled) and chopped garlic, both tins of tomato, fill the now empty tins with water and add it to the pot. Add peppercorns, season with salt, and stir. When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Blend to make it smooth.
