Crunchy salad

You're going to need:
-daikon radish (about a quarter)
-1 carrot
-1 cucumber
-1 red chili
-onion
-handful of edamame, cooked
-3 tablespoons of whole peanuts
-2 tablespoons of ground peanuts
-3-4 tablespoons of sesame oil
-juice from 1 lime
-salt to taste
Peal radish and carrot to make ribbons. Cut cucumber, chili, onion. Put everything in a bowl with edamame, dress with lime juice and sesame oil. Add both whole and ground peanuts. Season with salt to taste and mix. Serve with a little bit of peanuts on top.
