Green pepper fried rice

You're going to need:
​
-200gr of cooked jasmine rice (cooled)
-3 different types of green pepper  
-1 onion
-2 cloves of garlic 
-5 swiss chard leaves 
-30gr of cashews
-salt & pepper

Cut onion in thin slices and roughly chop garlic, saute on a couple of tablespoons of oil for about 5 minutes (or until it begins to brown). Add chopped peppers and swiss chard & fry for additional 2-3 minutes, stirring.  Add rice, season with salt & pepper to taste, stir and fry for another minute.
​Serve with toasted cashews.
