You're going to need: (for 3)
-250gr of black beans (1 can, drained)
-150gr of buckwheat (cooked)
-1 spring onion, chopped
-half a teaspoon of paprika
-half a teaspoon of caraway seeds
-half a teaspoon of salt
-pinch of pepper
-3 rings of fresh pineapple (middle part removed)
Saute finely chopped spring onion on a couple of tablespoons of oil for about 1 minute. Then add paprika and caraway seeds, frying them for a couple of seconds. Smash the beans in a bowl and add buckwheat and sauted spring onion with spices. Season with salt & pepper, mix well and form 3 patties. Lightly oil the pan and fry them for 6 minutes on each side. Grill pineapple rings for 3 minutes on both sides. Serve with corn mayo.
-50gr of corn
-70gr of mayo
-half a teaspoon of chopped cilantro
Cook corn in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain it and let it cool. Then, blend it and mix with mayo and cilantro.
