You're going to need:
-1 clove of garlic
-1 hot pepper
-100 gr of soy flakes (soaked in hot water and drained)
-100 gr of cooked lentils (pureed)
-50 gr of oat flakes (blended)
-2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds
-handful of fresh parsley
-half a teaspoon of ground caraway seeds
-salt & pepper
Saute the onions until they begin to brown and add all the remaining ingredients, then mix well. Let the mixture cool down, or sit at least for 15 minutes. Then, make the balls (this mixture makes 8 large balls) and bake them for 30 minutes on 250°C. When done, cover them with tomato sauce and let them sit for 15 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
