Mediterranean pie & salad

You're going to need:
pie
-2 buckwheat filo sheets (each cut lengthwise in 4 pieces)
-200gr of chickpeas (cooked & drained)
-5 tbsps lime or lemon juice
-salt
-oil
salad
-100gr tofu
-1 tomato
-1 red pepper
-1 cucumber
-1/2 of onion
-fresh basil
-3 tbsps of lime juice
-oregano
-olive oil
Blend chickpeas with lime juice and season with salt. Divide the mixture equally on each filo piece, sprinkle with oil and roll them into triangles. Chop tofu into cubes, sprinkle with oil and bake everything on 200°C for 15-20 minutes (or until golden). For the salad chop all the veggies, sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt, add chopped basil. Dress baked tofu with lime juice & oregano and add on top of the salad.
