Seitan & veggie skewers
You're going to need:
-300gr of seitan
-1 red pepper
-1 red onion
-3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
-1 tablespoon of soy sauce
-salt & pepper
-wooden skewers, soaked in water
Cut seitan in cubes roughly the size of half a thumb, coat it with barbecue and soy sauce and season to taste with salt & pepper.
Cut the vegetables the same size as seitan and put them on the skewers. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
