
You're going to need:
-80gr of noodles
-80gr of tofu
-1 bunch of spring onions (4-5 pieces)
-2 cloves of garlic
-2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
-1 tablespoon of brown sugar
-1 tablespoon of chili garlic oil
-1 teaspoon of lime juice
-pinch of pepper
-sesame oil for sauteing
Make noodle sauce by mixing tablespoon of soy sauce, chili garlic oil, sugar & lime juice. Cook noodles following the instructions on the packaging, drain well and dress with sauce. On a couple tablespoons of sesame oil saute chopped garlic & chopped bulbs of spring onion for about 1 minute. Add minced tofu and chopped green part of spring onion and fry for 2 more minutes. Season with soy sauce & pepper. Serve on top of the noodles.
